yoga fills a practitioner with total holistic wellness control (over one's self). It's a wonderful dream to be able to place an end to anguish and pain on earth; however , time has shown that people appear to always come up with new ways of self-abuse.
The different styles are unique in themselves. But all the various styles are equally directed towards acquiring a compete wellness. There is no such thing as the best style because all the courses of Yoga are directed to improvement of mental, spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.
