This is a continuation of the post from the other day regarding teach martial arts management skills and making a financially stable school. In the column we were discussing, Master Mather made the comment, "A lack of money never prevents anyone who seeks martial arts instruction from receiving it within my school. "
Provided I have known him he's always had this policy. If your parent undoubtedly doesn't have the money to pay the tuition for the youngster to attend martial arts teacher he'll permit them to train for free. I really do the same in my own dojo.
Actually, those that cannot afford our services tend to be those that need it the most. They often originate from broken families, martial arts instructor experience domestic abuse, and therefore are more at an increased risk for joining gangs, getting poor grades, etc .
