Remington Battery Operated Fabric Shaver I bought mine sold by Amazon.com and was thinking if something went wrong I will just send it back and get my refund because Amazon's customer service simply outstanding. Against my worry, this small issue works simply fine. At my initial use, it delayed after jiffy and my first though was:the batteries are new, is it broken already? (it's created in China) Then I noticed that there were some fuzz that it gethered stuck underneath the blades and made it more durable to turn. I unscrewed the blue cap, carefuly cleaned it up. Back to work again. I actually have been using it for shaving many sweaters and this trouble never happened once more. I paid $5.99 for mine, didn't get the simplest deal($4.99) however i'm still pretty happy with it.
